About This Course

SCHOOL OF FLORISTRY AND DECOR

Floristry and décor is an emerging area that students can take advantage of. Flowers and décor would always be needed for weddings, birthdays, bereavements etc. We however advice that to succeed as an event décor specialist, one should have genuine love for flowers and a desire to work with them. One should as well have a keen eye for design, color matching and style.

The goal for this course is to make you a great event designer by teaching you all the necessary techniques to incorporate all the different aspects of decorating to better serve your clients.

During the three (3) months period of study, students will learn to do the following;

• Victorian Posy
• Modern Line Bouquet
• Flower Girl Basket
• Cylinder of flowers
• Presentation sheaf posy in cellophane
• Spray Posy
